• Transfer items to and from attic & basement,
• Replace furnace filters,
• Move heavy items,
• Replace blown bulbs, clean ceiling fans,
• Take down Christmas lights/decorations*,
• Move items to the road for sale/pickup,
• Basement, garage, attic sort/clean,,
• Metal shelf/organizer assembly,
• Help boxing things for a move or party,

Some jobs that I avoid

• Getting on any roof or under any unsafe structure
• Masonry, Plumbing, Gas, Electrical
• Solid fuel heat sources & venting (wood, pellets, etc)
• Working with or near any hazardous substance
• Appliances of any kind, including filters & ice makers
• Coatings including paint, driveways, furniture, etc.
• Anything that I consider unsafe, or otherwise risky
• Security systems, garage door mechanisms, locks

Manage The Risk !

I work alone. That means that anything that requires two or more people - such as moving a couch up or downstairs - isn't for me.  If you need someone to carry the other end of that couch, give me a call (pianos excepted).

Most jobs go smoothly. But if we hit some unexpected problem that I decide makes further progress impossible or foolish, I'll do my best to restore things, clean up and leave without charging for any time put into that part of my work while there.
